  • This schedule helps us avoid situations where packages may sit in a carrier’s warehouse over the weekend, which could expose products to unfavorable conditions such as heat.

Ownership & Liability

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership of the merchandise transfers to the buyer.
  • Any damage that occurs while the package is in transit must be claimed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer.

  • Include clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging in your email.
